No, We don't have a store front, but a warehouse where we stock all our products imported from oversea. However, we do have most samples displayed so you can come to take a look at samples and pick up your brand new set in boxes and drive home to save the delivery cost, no waiting for months like other stores.

Why are your products sold at very low prices?
We directly import products from our family-owned factory oversea in container load and resell to retail furniture furniture stores and directly to end customers. We don't pay expensive rent for busy commercial building. We rent a warehouse at lower rate. We pass all the saving to customers, that's why our prices are very affordable.

Do you carry any matching hutch or server?
No, not for now. But we are going expand to those type of products next year.

Is there any particle board or veneer laminated wood in your products?
No. Our products are made out of 100% solid wood widely called Asian Solid Wood. No particle board or veneer whatsoever found on our products.

Can we pick up the set at your warehouse?
Yes, you definitely can come to take a look at the sample of interested set, make payment and pick up with you.
However, please call to make appointment.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we do deliver for $50 within 50 miles from our warehouse.
If you want farther distance delivery, please call us for quote.

Do you offer a warranty against defects?
Yes, All of our products are under one year warranty for any broken pieces.

Will my item look exactly like the picture?
We make every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Sometimes measurements are rounded off, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order to further assist you. All Returns will be subject to our return policies & fees.

Will the furniture require assembly?
Most items require very simple assembly. All parts including tools, screws, nuts and bolts are packed securely in small bags and boxed with easy to follow instructions.

What kind of payment do you accept?
Due Ecrater limitation, we accept payment through Paypal and Google checkout only.
We also accept credit card payment by phone.
